"Peace" - What does it mean to me?

Some of the children wanted to share their stories with you!  Please come by and read the rest of  the stories outside our classroom.  You can also see the beautiful poppies we painted.

Peace is a wonderful thing to think of and I could think of so many things.  I feel peaceful when I just relax and enjoy the peace that's around me.  and a differint kind of peace is taking turns with others and being thanful for haveing a friend when you fall and when you are   stuck with something.  They make it turn into peace.And i just think of having peace all the time.

 ON November 11 it is Remembrance day.It is an importint day.It is a day when we all remember the soliders who got killed in the war and the other people who was killed in the war too.There are poppies too.We all wear them.There are two kinds.There is a red and a white.Those poppies show peace.We want our world to be peaceful so we don't want any more wars.Now I wish everyone does something that is peaceful.What can you do to make this world peaceful?

On November 11 it is going to be Remembrance day. Remembrance day is to help you Remembrance the soldiers whom died in wars. And there are two diffing poppies.They both mean peace.And why did they made poppies a sin of peace?  Because when wars end the poppies some how start to grow.

On November 11th it is remembrance day. We are thinking about peace and the people who died in the wars.We want a world of peace I can be peaceful like being patient and use my manners.What can you do to help the world be peaceful and why can't we stop the wars? Do you want a not peaceful world or a peaceful world? White poppy are a snigs for peace red poppy are a snigs to remember the soldiers who died.We wear poppy for rememcrance day.

On November 11 it is Remembrance day. We think  about peace
and people who died in the wars. Peace is love. People that had  bin helpful  to us. Peace  manes being nice and kindness to people that helped  you  a lot. Can you help the world to be peaceful?
Most people in Canada  wear poppy. The  poppy  stands for soldiers that  was killed.The white poppy  stands  for  PEACE.

On November 11th it is Remembrance day.On November 11th I will be nice to everybody. Peace is friendshipe and takeing turns.Everybody want peace and we dont want any war any more.Peace is also the solders died in Remembrance day and remembr other people who were killed and make friend and helpful and love.Be for the soldier died they got a song for us it is called where Have All The Flowers Gone.

On November 11th it's Remembrance day.  My school is having an asembly to talk about peace.  My class is singing a song that is called Where Have All The Flowers Gone.  and now I'll want to talk about what peace is.  It is making friends, it's being nice, being helpful, playing together and caring.  We do this because we want a world of peace and to remembre the soldiers who died for us so we do not have to fight.  We are also remembering the innocent people who died from the war - like world war one and world war two and world.  Three of my dad's uncle fot in world war two.  But let's see what we can do here are some ideas: make friends, share, be nice, be giving and be kind. One more thing LOVE.  Think for a moment what would a world be with out peace.

On Monday November 11th it is Remembrance day. Remembrance day is a day to remember the people who died in the war.  If you wonder what peace is I can tell you. Peace can be helpful, liseing and way munch more! Also to make peace you can be nice and be quiet.  When you make peace other people will want to be aroud you. The poppy is the symbol of remembrance day. The red poppy represents the soldiers who died in the war, the white poppy is for the people who died in the war. See you next time.
